A massage with me is a fully-customized fusion of many different, yet complementary, techniques designed to work out the "knots" and smooth and free tight, restricted areas, encouraging better range of motion and pain relief. 

Your massage is completely at your comfort and preferred pressure, light to deep.  Your service time is actual time on the massage table. If you book for a 1 hour massage, that means 1 hour hands-on time on the massage table, not 50 minutes like many other places. We will have a chat at the beginning of every massage to see what your body needs for that session, that day.  TheraGun percussive massager, essential oils, hot towels for your neck and feet, and hot stones for your back are all included at every session.  We'll chat about what you want or don't want at each session.  I want you comfortable and happy!
