A massage with me is a fully-customized fusion of many different, yet complementary, techniques designed to work out the "knots" and smooth and free tight, restricted areas, encouraging better range of motion and pain relief. 

Your massage is completely at your comfort and preferred pressure, light to deep.  Your service time is actual time on the massage table. If you book for a 1 hour massage, that means 1 hour hands-on time on the massage table, not 50 minutes like many other places. We will have a chat at the beginning of every massage to see what your body needs for that session, that day.  Complementary additions to your massage, such as TheraGun percussive massager, essential oils, hot towels for your neck and feet, and hot stones for your back are all complimentary at every session in-studio..  We'll chat about what you want or don't want at each session.  I want you comfortable and happy!

Here's one way where I do things just a little differently...
Payment is taken before your massage. No tipping here. The price listed is all you pay.  I accept cash, most HSA/FSA cards*, Venmo, Cash App, and most major credit cards.  If S.O.A.P. Notes are required, please inform me before starting the first session.

*For FSA/HSA cards-They must have a Visa or MC symbol on them for processing. Client is responsible for verifying eligibility for massage therapy with your plan.  Client is responsible for obtaining any doctor prescriptions for massage therapy, if required by your plan, Please bring a backup payment method, in case your card is denied for any reason.  Receipts may be issued to client for direct insurance reimbursement. Thrive Massage Therapy does not process health insurance claims.
